Welcome! I’m Alex (or Sun-woong, if you’re more familiar with Korean names), and I study mathematics at Imperial College London. Originally from Goyang, South Korea, I grew up in Auckland, New Zealand, before coming to London for my undergraduate studies. My diverse background has sparked a curiosity for things I don’t yet understand, and it’s this drive to uncover the unknown that keeps me going. Right now, I’m particularly interested in quantitative finance, where I can work on complex real-world problems and drive innovation in how markets operate.
